Gymnastics is a wonderful way to build confidence and raise self-esteem while also building strength and endurance. Let the staff from Triumph Gymnastics help your children realize their full gymnastics potential! Our 5000 sq. ft gym is packed with gymnastics equipment, including bars, trampolines, spring floor, rings, beams, vault and pommel horse. Conveniently located in Glendale at the borders with Middle Village and Forest Hills, we are easily accessible from these cities as well as two expressways (LIE & Jackie Robinson Pkwy). There is plenty of parking space and there is a handy drop-off zone near our front door.
Our recreational gymnastics program is offered to children of all ages, skill levels, and abilities. While emphasis is placed on developing physical fitness, athleticism, and boosting health, our trained instructors are equally focused on building confidence and teaching skills that can be applied to any sport or athletic endeavor. For ages 3 to 18 years, Triumph Gymnastics offers recreation classes that accommodate beginning, intermediate and advance training on all the gymnastics disciplines: floor, vault, rings, uneven and parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, balance beam and trampoline. We also have a competitive team program for those who want to take their talent to a whole new level.
In addition to gymnastics, we offer a summer camp and a Birthday Party venue, as well as exciting events like our popular Parents Night Out.
This fun independent class will help make what may be your child’s first separation easy and exciting.

I never did gymnastics and neither did my wife so we didn't really knew what to expect. We took our 5 and 3 years old to experience it. The place is nice and have plenty of motivated instructors. Both my girls had a blast. We already booked a space for the next month for both of them. Can't wait to see them jumping and laughing over there.
Great place. My kids have been going here for 2 years. It's a good place for kids to learn, release energy and have fun.
I love this place!! The coaches dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic! I also love that along side the skills they are teaching and the fun they are having the coaches provide discipline that i believe will be important later in life. Such as waiting your turn and being supportive of fellow classmates.
